Hi backers,
First, I want to say thank you for your patience and your support through this project. It has meant the world to me that you have stuck it out for so long.
Most of you have already received your copy of Forgery. However, I would like to apologize to those of you who have backed the pledge levels with the dice and have not yet received your copy.
We were told that the dice were made and lost in the mail twice. We have just received the refund from the dice maker for the dice.
To recify the situation, we'll be doing 2 things for our dice backers:
- We will be reaching out to all of our dice backers and offering refunds of $90-$100 (depending on how you pledged for the dice).
- We are going to try and make the dice ourselves (this will take a little bit more time). Neither Herb (my partner) nor I have any dice-making experience, so if you would like some messed up dice made by Herb, let us know. We'll be posting progress pics through his journey of making dice. We can send you some messed up dice and a $50 refund.
To ensure that this will no longer be an issue in the future, we will:
- Be making most of our stretch goals in-house
- If we cannot make a stretch goal in-house, we will be outsourcing the project to a trusted vendor we have worked with in the past
I'm so sorry this has taken so long and I'll do my best to fix the situation.

It's November and we have some books here! Unfortunately, we only had a few copies sent to us from the printer, before they send out the entire shipment.
BUT that also means that we've begun the shipping process and some of you should be getting your copies soon.
If you urgently want yours shipped out soon, comment and we can try to make it happen quicker before we get the rest of the shipment.

We also just got our sample copy! Here's a sneak peak...
I'm hoping to close out the BackerKit by October 16, but if we get all those surveys in earlier, I might close it even sooner so you can get your digital copies.

Hi everyone!
The first few BackerKit surveys have been sent out! The rest will be sent once the smoke screen test has been completed to ensure everything is working okay.
You don't need a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. All you need to do is click on the survey link and fill it out with your rewards information, shipping information and add on more items to your order.
I'll be posting a link to the survey in the next few days just in case folks can't find it in their inbox.
I'll be closing the surveys out October 15, so please make sure you fill everything out before then.
